The 3rd skin in this series is Brightfolio by Devise Function. Dark theme with a nice colourful background.

Hey Hilton, News section is easy enough to add. In the PageTemplate.ascx add within the sidebar div:
<uc1:News ID="news" runat="server" />
In admin you just need make sure the markup is right:
<h3 class="sb-title">News Announcement</h3>
This is here news or ads can be placed
<h3 class="sb-title">Ads</h3>
Notice h3 and class Looks ok testing local. Let me know how you get on…
