Les Mills CxWorx 23 Track Listing

It’s now time for the track listing/music for  Les Mills CXWorx 23. Core endurance has sometimes been given the title of the underdog! In Release 23 each track features a test of core control, core strength, or core endurance. Holding on to that extra 2 reps can sometimes create a very sweat-drenched challenge. Being smart with the levels of intensity has really reignited the programming around CXWORX. CxWorx 17 track 4 – Throwback Thursday

The track If you’ve done this track before, you’re going to remember it. Going back just over a year to Les Mills CxWorx 17. If not get your instructor to fire it out next time they’re mixing.  Standing strength 2 with a big punch.  Side lifts, backward leg extensions, lateral side steps and some steps ;).   I remember learning this track as it’s a good feeling that never goes away.  A great glute and hip track, just remember bigger steps are always better 😉. Throw back Thursday – Les Mills CxWorx 6 Track 4

The track This post takes us back to Les Mills CxWorx 6 track  4 – Pause (Pitbull) The music The choreography Why this track? I chose this track for several reasons: Was the release I done to become a CxWorx instructor. Great workout. It’s a classic butt burner. Music and choreography go together hand in hand. Fun track.
